I can offer the following patterns with a range of beadheads:

The default is a BRASS bead.

Alternatively, TUNGSTEN beads are offered in four colours:

• gold coated (suitable for all conditions)
• copper coated (increasing in popularity)
• hot orange painted(the most visible colour in peaty water)
• black nickel coated (an effective alternative for clear water)

Please be aware that in the case of painted beads it sometimes occurs in use that areas of the paint break off.

Tungsten beads are approximately twice the weight of the same size brass bead.

The sizes illustrated are:
Size 20 1.5mm bead
Size 18 2mm bead
Size 16 2.5mm bead
Size 14 3mm bead
Larger 3.5mm bead
If you want a size smaller say 'SMALL BEAD' on your order

The hooks are Kamasan B400 or B401 (round bend hooks with a rather long shank)

A full range of sizes each with a different size bead.

Damsel beadhead

A good all-round still water fly. Or is it a lure?

Snipe and Purple Beadhead

Using a lustrous metallic purple tungsten bead,
this is an interesting innovation which has yet to be proved.
Of course, it will fish deeper than a normal spider.
